Upon payment confirmation, our team works diligently to process and dispatch orders promptly. For personalized jewelry in stock, the processing time is up to 48hours. Once it's ready, your jewelry will be shipped immediately.

DELIVERY TIME

  • United States: 5-8 business days.
  • Europe (including the UK): 3-5 business days.
  • Australia: 6-10 business days.
  • South America: 12-18 business days.
  • Asia: 2-3 business days.

TRACKING ORDER

All our customers are provided with a tracking code, allowing them to monitor the delivery progress in real-time. This tracking code will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

Taxes and customs duties are covered for orders shipping to the USA and the EU & UK include VAT. All other international orders do not include taxes and customs duties.
