Many BEI Jewelry products are personalized or made to order based on information and selections provided by you. This may include names, words, dates, birthstones, finishes, chain styles, chain lengths, back engraving, message cards and other customization details.
Personalization Accuracy: Please review all names, dates, messages, spelling and other personalization details carefully before placing your order. Personalized items are produced using the information submitted by the customer. We are not responsible for spelling, formatting or selection errors entered or approved by the customer.
Once production has begun, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify a personalized order. Returns, exchanges and cancellations are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, finishes, dimensions and images as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of colors may vary depending on your screen or device.
Because personalized jewelry is individually prepared, slight variations in engraving placement, alignment, color, finish or appearance may occur. These minor variations are part of the nature of personalized production and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may limit quantities offered or discontinue products at any time.
