4️⃣ We Pack & Ship It Safely - Your custom necklace is carefully packaged and prepared for gifting. Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent directly to your email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

However, every order is carefully reviewed before production. Our team checks your engraving details, including the name, date, symbol, font choice, front/back engraving placement, birthstone selection, and personalized card details to make sure everything is prepared correctly.

If we notice anything unclear, incomplete, or unusual in your customization details, we will contact you by email before we begin engraving.
